Last weekend was great. Shane and I drove to Athens to see the Modern Skirts perform at the 40 Watt Club downtown, then drove to Atlanta the next day to see the new Georgia Aquarium. Ate at two really great restaurants in Atlanta - the Atlanta Grill at the Ritz Carlton, and the Sun Dial at the top of the Westin tower. It was definitely a nice small break.

Sufjan has a new album coming in July. The titles of his songs have always been on the unusual/unusually long side, and these are no exception. If you've seen a Wallace and Gromit film, you already know how funny "Creature Comforts" is. My family Tivo's the show off BBC America. I'd not heard of it till a few weeks ago. KING KONG, while perhaps not the greatest movie to see at 10 o'clock at night after a few beers (one gets mighty sleepy), is still a great movie.
