It's the Microsoft Windows AntiSpyware program. It used to be called Giant AntiSpyware, but Microsoft bought 'em out and is making changes (hopefully for the better). This program will find and prevent more problems than will Ad Aware or Spybot, and does other cool things as well. You can find out more and download the Beta here.
