I am excited about moving to Valparaiso. Levels of anticipation have reached previously unknowable heights. I found out two days ago that my parents do not start moving their belongings to Crestview until the very end of March, at which point they will have about 3 weeks to finish moving. This is good news for me, because the move to Valparaiso had been delayed as well. Hopefully the duplex will be ready before the end of March, and I will only have to move once.

There are two things I plan on doing once I move to Valparaiso. I won't say what they are, because if I don't get around to them I don't want to have made any promises. Besides, it could be like telling someone your birthday wish.

Until I move, I will be living day-by-day, waking up in the early morning, showering, driving for an hour (or more if the traffic's especially bad), working, drinking coffee, and either meeting up with you guys for a drink or whatever or driving for an hour (or more if the traffic's especially bad) back home so I can eat dinner, go to sleep, and repeat. What time I have inbetween I spend reading.

"Magician: Apprentice" is a very good book. I've reached chapter 6 now, and am convinced the decision to abandon Robert Jordan (at Luke's behest) for Raymond Feist was a good one. I don't always finish a book, and I don't always finish a book I WANT to finish before starting another one. I'm still in the middle of Dorothy Sayers' "Creed or Chaos". Future reads will be Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein" and John Kennedy Toole's "Confederacy of Dunces". Any other recommendations are welcome.

I did, by the way, end up getting those reservations at the Wyndham. Looks like we may be missing Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's wedding by two weeks. I predict a duet of epic aussie proportions.
